Overall very thorough and my house looks a bit cleaner each time. I only wish that they put small appliances back where they find them. They come on Fridays and it’s really nice to come home for the weekend to a clean house, they are moving into 5 star category as they get to know my expectations and know my house. The first technician was worthless, after calling in they sent me the other technician which appeared to do a decent job...my only complaint is they missed my appointment and didn't honor the quoted price given over the phone although they have cleaned my place a few times in the past....other than paying a higher price and switching technicians the guy that came out seemed to do a thorough job... enough to tip him appropriately.... Thanks!

Well several days after my cleaning spots have appeared and my Master Bedroom smells like dogs even after I paid extra for level two cleaning....of course I called in, left a message on FB and am still awaiting a return call after 4 days later.... Great 👍!

I had my grout cleaned and re-sealed. It looks amazing! They also cleaned an area of my carpet that had pet stains that have come back once the carpet is dry when I have used other cleaners. We used Cleaning Solutions for our first carpet cleaning experience in our new home & it was Amazing results I recommended them to ALL our family, so about 7-8 months later we used them again, this time the carpet looked great again but it left a stench. We left all windows & fan on for 2-3 days & still smelled it, so we contacted the young man who came by & he said he would talk to his supervisor BUT we never received a response, or what to do. Not using this company again just based off that situation which is unfortunate because the results are great, but we would of liked a response on what to do or how they would be able to help.

Over the years of use, the grout lines between the very light colored tiles in the laundry room and bathroom had become very dark despite frequent cleaning. Another company cleaned the grout some years ago but I could hardly see the difference after the service. The outcome of this service was totally different. The floors look lovely and the grout is the same colour across the floor and there are no traffic paths. I'm very happy with this service especially when I understand that this cleaning and sealing can last about 4 years. I smile each time I go into these rooms and know that I made a very good choice in the service provider.

I was SO impressed with this company. I needed an appointment sooner than they had availability so they squeezed me in! We had a death in the family and we were getting ready for out of town visitors. They took care of everything so I didn’t have to worry about it. Clean carpets might seem like a small thing but at the time- it gave me a little peace of mind when life was crazy.

The carpet cleaner that came was respectful and clean and patient with my little kids who wanted to watch the whole time. I was so grateful for the sweet lady in the office who didn’t mind that I got a little choked up when I called to thank them- everyone I interacted with was so so kind. Kindness and decency seem to be quickly disappearing in the business world but not at Cleaning Solutions. I was especially pleased with the clean carpet. It felt so clean after with no residue or sticky heavy feeling to the carpet. It felt new! I will call Cleaning Solutions again and refer them to my friends!

Perfect service from scheduling to completion. Cleaning Solution and Restoration was literally the only company that picked up the phone when I tried to get an emergency service scheduled to remove pet urine and odor (specifically cat). I have used cleaning solutions twice now. The first time was to clean the living room and master bedroom in my house as well as remove pet stains. Zach was super informative and professional and was able to get my carpets clean better than I’d ever imagined. At the end of my first cleaning I signed up for their Clean Freak program and I had my 6month high traffic cleaning today. Carson got in contact to let me know that he was running behind at his previous location and checked to make sure I was still able to have him come when he was done. I highly recommend Cleaning Solutions! When I requested an appointment it was within the week. They were responsive to my messages (even on a holiday!). to get our carpets cleaned professionally .
It was sort of last minute but they found time for us. Very professional, knew their work and answered all our questions .
Our first technician worked hard and thoroughly
but her machine had a problem. She had to take it in to be fixed. One of the owners of Cleaning Solutions came to finish up. Was patient and pleasant when we added on a few more items.

I've been living in this home for over 3 years now and have had many many parties, celebrations and events over the years, so these carpets have seen lots of traffic and unfortunately, I haven't been the best about cleaning them. I do regularly vacuum, and I've used those "rent-a-steamer" type of vacuums more than 3-4 times, which did okay, but recently, I decided to find a professional service and I'm glad I did.

I found Cleaning Solutions via Instagram and contacted them about a week. They were very professional, promptly replied and within a few days, they were over at my house, helping get me an estimate. Both of them were very professional and answered all my questions and concerns.

Just today, they finished up my carpets and WOW! They look incredible. I was home while they cleaned and they had no issue working around me and I was able to take a few before/after photos. The 2 photos attached are one before and one after, and neither photo really does the place justice. It looks great and it looked horrible in person. I had no idea my carpets were so bad but I'm glad I reached out and got their service, it was great.

They were on-time, professional, affordable and did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone in the area.

WOW!! What a difference! I had Cleaning Solutions come out to clean the tile on my kitchen floor and I was so happy with the service and results! Grant was my technician and he was right on time, very friendly, and the communication of the service was such a great bonus!
